The Nehar Shalom Community Synagogue invites you to join us for the High Holy Days 5778. We are a small, fully inclusive and egalitarian congregation supported entirely by membership and contributions. We are committed to social justice and the pursuit of peace, while offering a spiritually vibrant, traditionally oriented approach to Jewish life and prayer.

We do not sell tickets or assign seats, but to help us plan we do need to know in advance if you will be joining us. Shall we plan to have you among us? If so:

  • We need to know who you are and how to reach you.
  • Please click “Go” to let us know that you will be joining us.
  • Please make as generous a contribution as you are able to.Your contribution helps Nehar Shalom keep its doors open. Please consider that the cost of High Holy Day tickets around Boston ranges from $100-$360 per ticket. Contributions can be made online when you register or by check.

There will be a tent in the back of the house where parents and children can find respite. On the first day of Rosh Hashana and on Yom Kippur, there will be a program geared toward children ages 3-7 and their parents from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Please indicate when you register if you and your children plan to participate.
