Introduction to Judaism is an engaging multi-session course for anyone interested in exploring Jewish life through a Reform lens. Open to all, this course is perfect for interfaith couples, those raising Jewish children, spiritual seekers, individuals considering conversion, and Jews who want a meaningful adult Jewish learning experience.

The first eight weeks (Section A) of this course will focus on “Foundations of Jewish Living,” including holidays, life cycle and the Jewish home. The second eight weeks (Section B) will focus on “Foundations for Jewish Sacred Texts” and “History and Belief,” including Hebrew, prayer, the Torah, Israel and the American Jewish experience.

Students can elect to take the full course in one semester or split the course over multiple semesters, and only take Section A or Section B this spring.

Please note: If you are converting to Judaism or enrolled in this class at the request of your supporting clergy, please register for the full course.
