Kitchen Kibitz Rosh Hashanah Dinner @ Trade

TRADE is proud to collaborate with Boston Magazine’s Best of Boston 2015 Popup, Kitchen Kibitz for a very special Rosh Hashanah, Jewish New Year dinner. In celebration of the Sweet New Year, we’ll be serving four courses of Jewish inspired dishes along with a signature cocktail created by Tenzin Samdo (@BostonMixDrink) to welcome guests. The menu features ingredients such as apples, pomegrantes and honey which are often eaten during the holiday and symbolize welcoming in a healthy and sweet New Year.

SAFFRON GEFILTE FISH QUENELLES
carrot and almond hummus

SECOND
HONEY VANILLA POACHED APPLE
gorgonzola and spiced pepitas

POMEGRANATE GLAZED BRISKET
sweet potato latke, lemon aioli, dukkah and mint
SPICED HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN
fall harvest salad of ginger-coriander roasted carrots and turnip, farro and labneh

DESSERT

APPLE + OLIVE OIL FRITTER
honey-orange anglaise, sweet cream ice cream and candied rosemary
