Join us as we welcome Rabbi Jeff Roth to speak about his recently published book, “Me, Myself and God: A Theology of Mindfulness.

“Instead of conceptualizing the Divine Presence, analyzing, or taking about it, we rather strive to experience it moment by moment in our lives. Any moment we open our hears to the Divine Presence, any moment we experience it, we cultivate a loving relationship to All That Is. If this book has one lesson to offer, it is this: what we need to do is to strive to overcome the sense of separation through clear seeing…Once we have done that, there is nothing left but love.”
—From Chapter 7

“A theology of mindfulness is unique! Practitioners who have found that mindfulness has deepened their religious sensibilities will rejoice to find the God-Language that resonates with their experience of freedom and compassion.”
—Sylvia Boorstein, author of “That’s Funny, You Don’t Look Buddhist: On Being a Faithful Jew”

“A literate and nuanced synthesis of mindfulness practice and the study of Torah.”
—Rabbi Lawrence Kushner, author of “Honey from the Rock” and “God Was in This Place and I, I Did Not Know”

Rabbi Jeff Roth is a well-known meditation practitioner, teacher, and facilitator of over 190 Jewish retreats in the last 20 years.
