Join us for a presentation on three key climate bills currently in the Massachusetts legislature.

Andrew Steinberg of JALSA will speak about one of JALSA’s state legislative priorities, called the “Zero Carbon Renovation Fund,” (H.3232/ S.2365) and offer an action for people to get involved.

Mark Dyen will speak about the “Future of Clean Heat in Massachusetts” S.2105/H.3203) and “A Clean Heating Initiative in the Commonwealth and Reorganize the Energy Efficiency Programs Known as MassSave” (S.2082) and also offer an action for people to get involved.

Andrew Steinberg is an organizer for the Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action (JALSA). As a grassroots, nonprofit, advocacy organization, JALSA puts Jewish values into action by engaging the Jewish community and other allies in the pursuit of social, economic, environmental and racial justice.

Mark Dyen is a longtime climate activist who currently is active in JCAN, Gas Transition Allies and 350Mass.

Marya Axner of Temple B’nai Brith Climateers/Dayenu Circle, JCAN and Fix the Grid, will be the moderator.
