Rejuvenate muscles and joints in a gentle yoga workshop. In this slow-paced session, bolsters and blankets are used to support the body in restful positions, along with guided imagery and breathing techniques to help find balance of body, mind and spirit.
Open to the entire community. Each workshop limited to seven participants. No yoga experience required.
