Learn how to fight Parkinson’s disease in this non-contact, boxing-style fitness class to feel your best inside and out! Led by a certified Rock Steady Boxing coach, Rock Steady Boxing incorporates a “tough love” approach with boxing drills, calisthenics, resistance training and more to increase strength, balance, reaction time and overall fitness while protecting vulnerable neurological points to sustain necessary brain health and function.

Boxers of all ages are welcome and no experience is necessary. Ability to stand for the majority of class with good stability is required subject to assessment.
