Please join us for reflection, singing, Torah and more! During the Torah reading, we will celebrate the new life in our community. If a child has come into your family this past year, please join us for a special aliyah!

Children’s and family services start at 10 a.m.; adults and kids come together at 12:45 p.m. for the blowing of the shofar. Childcare available following children’s services.

Adult Service: 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Family and Youth Services: 10-11 a.m.

Tashlikh: On Rosh Hashanah, it is customary to symbolically release our transgressions and to cast off that which holds us back from doing complete teshuvah. There are three tashlikh opportunities: 4:30 p.m. at Newton City Hall Pond with Rabbi Toba Spitzer, 4:30 p.m. in Watertown Square with Rabbi Shahar Colt, and a congregant-led gathering at 4:30 p.m. at the beach at Jamaica Pond. Please bring small beans (no bread, please) to cast into the water. All ages are encouraged to come!

Our 5778/2017 High Holydays registration packet for non-members is available online here.
