Our imperative to tikkun (repair) demands a climate commitment. How do we draw a target for reducing the synagogue’s carbon impact? How deep a reduction? How long should it take? This webinar, led by Robert Cooper, walks through the straightforward steps your community will take to provide the answers. In this workshop, we learn how to craft bold targets. Have you got climate chutzpah?

Robert Cooper is a long-time member of the Green Team at Temple Beth Elohim in Wellesley, which endeavors to make the temple more sustainable, encourage congregants to practice sustainability in their lives and raise awareness about climate change. Robert has a background in computer technology and sustainability, which are both put to good use at his company, which develops energy efficiency systems for multifamily and senior housing.
