As the days get shorter and colder, Janette Hills-Jaffe will provide guidances in using Torah wisdom to deepen connections in our community and improve our own health. In these six, weekly 90-minute sessions, a maximum of 12 participants will:
• Create personal, concrete, long and short-term goals for your health.
• Study a new Mussar trait each week and apply it to your own wellness work.
• Choose personal action steps each week to improve your health.
• Have weekly check-ins with a health chevruta to stay accountable.
