BaMidbar Wilderness Therapy is working to ensure that Jewish youth and young adults have the confidence, skills and community support to navigate life’s challenges and thrive in the face of adversity.

In response to the coronavirus, BaMidbar is offering a variety of online content focused on mental health and wellness for teens. BaMidbar Wilderness Therapy will facilitate support groups for BBYO teens. These support groups will provide teens a place to connect with peers and process the impact of COVID-19 on their lives and begin to make meaning from this experience.

These support groups are not therapeutic and are intended to facilitate community connection, positive coping skills and peer support.
