The adult learning course “The Bible Doesn’t Say That: Problem and Possibility of (Mis)translation” examines some of the most famous biblical stories and the challenges to theology, morality and imagery that mistranslation, misconception and misunderstanding have created.

The course will use Dr. Joel Hoffman’s “The Bible Doesn’t Say That” as a text. Temple Shalom of Newton Rabbis Allison Berry and Laura J. Abrasley will teach the course.
