Whether you are caring for an aging loved one on a daily basis or just the occasional afternoon, find out the specific techniques/tips/resources to keep both you and your loved one healthy. Get practical answers to all the questions you’re afraid to ask.

This workshop is part of a year-long series designed for adults between the ages of 40-70 who are caring for their aging parents while also raising children, aka the “sandwich generation.” Each workshop will provide “real talk” and actionable information for participants.

All sessions are held on Thursday evenings from 7:30-9 p.m. at Temple Emanuel in Newton. This series is co-sponsored by Hebrew SeniorLife, the Newton Senior Center and the Temple Emanuel Senior Fund.
