Join Beantown Jewish Gardens at Land’s Sake Farm to explore Tu B’shvat in New England (a bit belated).

What are local trees up to this time of year? Making sap…which we then make into maple syrup!

Join us for this fun, educational annual event for all ages. Tu B’shvat is traditionally a time to assess our field and fruit trees. Led by the Land’s Sake and BJG educators, we’ll explore our local trees through understanding the sugaring process, from tree-tapping, wood splitting, boiling and bottling. Making local maple syrup is highly weather dependent, so our exact activities will be determined closer to the program date.

Be prepared to be outside.
