Beautiful and truly healing, Wudang 13 tai chi movement features 13 groups of movements that incorporate many of the major principle techniques in tai chi.
The fluid movements of the Wudang 13 embody stillness in movement, integrate the mind and body and elevate the spirit. This is a continuing class that can incorporate new students and will include working in depth on individual movements found in the form.
The class recording will be available for students to review for five days between each class in order to help students practice during the week.
