Each season has its own unique personality, bringing with it certain moods or characteristics. Autumn is the season of transformation. Leaves fall to the ground to support the next cycle of growth. It is a time for us, too, to let go of what has been a burden, what we no longer need and transform into the next best version of ourselves.
In this special session led by certified yoga teacher, Jane Strickland, learn how autumn, and its associated element of metal affects us, and strategies to bring ourselves into harmony with the season. You’ll also experience a gentle yoga class designed to focus on using the breath to define the quality of your movements and of your moods. All levels welcome.
