Improve movement efficiency and balance to decrease risk of injury and chronic pain. Led by a certified group fitness instructor, this class focuses on exercises that are fundamental to daily life activities. Special attention is paid to improving your core stability, balance and overall strength and flexibility in order to remain active and healthy.
The session is offered on Thursdays from April 8 to May 6 from 1-2 p.m. Another session will be offered on Thursdays from May 6 to June 17 from 1-2 p.m.
