Learn what osteoporosis is, risk factors associated with developing osteoporosis and how a regular yoga practice can prevent bone loss and strengthen already weak bones.

This class includes a gentle yoga practice focusing on postures that strengthen bone/muscle, improve balance and support overall health and wellness. Participants must have the ability to get to and from the floor for this workshop.
