Jewish tradition assigns us a responsibility to all those who are vulnerable and in need. Furthermore, the Torah and post-biblical texts respect the Earth as sacred. In the face of the current devastation of the planet and the climate, and the serious and deleterious effect of this devastation on all social issues and questions of justice, we need to join together these two ancient Jewish values.

To this end, join us for a panel of speakers from key environmental and social justice organizations in the Boston area. We will focus on the relationship between the climate and three pressing issues, immigration, labor rights and health, with ample time for audience participation and broader discussion.

Light refreshments will be served.
