Young adults in their 20s and 30s are invited to find real connections with other queer Jewish community members at this event hosted by CJP and the LGBTQIA+ Committee, featuring Skip the Small Talk — an organization dedicated to helping people get closer faster. Skip the Small Talk specializes in cutting out the B.S. and helping you get to know the real person sitting across from you. We want to help grow connections for Jews who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, so that you can build a space where you feel truly seen within a safe, inclusive, and deeply connected group that just gets you.
Join us for just $18, and you’ll get light bites, nonalcoholic drinks, and the opportunity to be in community with one another.
Please contact Jeff at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Get to know more about Skip the Small Talk: Our Skip the Small Talks (or STSTs) are a great place to get out of your comfort zone by opening up and connecting with strangers (or friends if you bring ‘em)! “It’s like speed-dating, without the speed and without the dating.”
CJP’s LGBTQIA+ Committee is made up of 15 dedicated volunteers who provide guidance and support to ensure CJP’s LGBTQIA+ offerings are inclusive and accessible, conduits for connections, and environments where deep relationships are formed.+ More... - Less...
