Feeling stressed? Take a break from your busy week and join JTI Peer Leadership Fellows Amanda and Elianna for relaxation, yoga and meditation with wellness guide and Jewish experiential educator Kimmy Duenas of LearnGrowRise.

Connect with other #JewishBostonTeens via Zoom from your favorite (quiet) space, and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat or towel, water and comfy clothes! No prior experience necessary.

This experience is open to teens in grades 8-12 and a Zoom link will be sent to those who register prior to the program. Questions? Reach out to Amanda or Elianna.

Powered by a Teen Microfunding Grant in partnership with Jewish Teen Initiative at CJP.
