This is a 26-session class covering pathways through Judaism, whether you are Jewish, interfaith or not Jewish. The classes will be interactive discussions rather than one-way lectures. Some readings will be suggested, but are not mandatory. Registration is required.

This series is open to anyone who wants to learn more about Judaism and/or wishes to convert to Judaism (with a formal conversion ceremony).

Topics include:

  • Jewish history and culture
  • Beliefs
  • The halachic process (Jewish legal concepts)
  • Similarities/differences with other religions
  • Rituals and holidays
  • Laws of kashrut (keeping kosher)
  • Lifecycle events and celebrations

Note: Proof of vaccinations and booster and masks required.
