A welcoming place for people living with memory changes.

Participants can:

  • Enjoy coffee, refreshments, and conversation with new friends, including college students from Brandeis University.
  • Meet guest artists who will lead music, art, or poetry activities. No experience necessary!

Please join Jane Blair of ArtMatters as we explore the work of Mary Cassatt and Edgar Degas. These artists were as unlikely a pair as any you can find, but they were friends and some say lovers. They were also at the very heart of a radical revolution in art. Impressionism changed the art world forever. Note that this is the second Friday of the month, due to the Passover holiday.

Cost: There is no charge, but donations are gratefully accepted.

For more information, please contact Beth Soltzberg at bsoltzberg@jfcsboston.org or 781-693-5628.

JF&CS collaborates with other organizations to make Memory Cafés more widely available in our region. View the directory of Memory Cafés in Greater Boston.
