Join us for a 75-minute slow flow vinyasa class that will help you slowly get your body back into shape and meet other moms. This class is aimed at alleviating stresses and uncomfortable and sometimes painful conditions/side effects of childbirth, being a new mom and carrying a child(ren). You will incorporate your baby in your yoga movements to also spend time with your little one.
This class runs weekly through March 17.
