Join us for a soulful evening of music and artistry led by Zach Mayer of New England Conservatory, who will be performing with his bass saxophone.
Zach is a performance artist with Night Tree and NEC Wild Card Ensemble Winner for 2016-2017. He has also performed at Ryles Jazz Club and elsewhere.
Join in experiencing and singing melodies from the Hasidic “Nigunim” tradition, wordless melodies that carry a sense of community, meanin and maybe even spiritual elevation!
Zach will guide us through music passed along through centuries, as well as newly composed music hot off the presses.
Light refreshments will be served.
