This new three-course adult education series is led by Yoni Kadden, chairperson of the History department at Gann Academy.

We’ll explore three fascinating cases in which the U.S. Supreme Course was asked to decide on questions critical to both Jewish practice and American constitutional law. The impact of these cases had profound implications on not only how Jews might practice their religion and live their lives in America, but also on how the U.S. Constitution would similarly treat other religions and other groups of people.

Class dates: Oct. 15, 22 and 29
