Walk in the footsteps of Thoreau at this Shabbat service. All are welcome to join Rabbi Katy Allen and Gabi Mezger of Ma’yan Tikvah on this peaceful walk to Brister’s Hill. This walk features an elegant interpretive trail called Thoreau’s Path on Brister’s Hill, where Thoreau’s own words, chiseled in granite, interpret the landscape and illustrate the powerful observations and insights of Thoreau.

We’ll incorporate the quotes into the service, along with prayer, meditation and singing, and will stop at the reflection circle for a Torah discussion.

To find us: Park on the left side of the parking lot.
