The Boston-Haifa Connection is pleased to invite you to participate in an engaging panel discussion on the perspectives and experiences of female activists and the significance of women’s involvement in improving our communities. From civic engagement to political protest, we will explore the journeys of two remarkable women and their ability to effect change in a meaningful way.

Our distinguished speakers include Amy Grunder, the Director of Legislative Affairs at the Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA), and Naama Lazimi, Member of Knesset for the Labor Party and LGBTQIA+ activist. During the event, they will share their experiences, the challenges they have faced along their journeys, and their insights on how to make a positive impact through activism.

This exciting event is hosted in collaboration with Haifa’s Mashpi’ot young women’s leadership program. Following the discussion and Q&A, attendees will have the opportunity to network in breakout rooms with fellow emerging women leaders from both Haifa and Boston.
