Join ACF and IPF Atid Boston for a timely conversation exploring how political language, misinformation, social media, and extremist rhetoric shape public perceptions of Israel, Zionism, antisemitism, and the Jewish community.
We will examine how terms like “Zionism” are used and reframed online, how coded antisemitic language and misleading narratives spread through digital spaces, and how these dynamics can influence conversations and activism on college campuses.
Drawing on findings from Blue Square Alliance’s Spring 2026 survey on American attitudes toward antisemitism, we’ll consider the broader environment in which these conversations are taking place.
Attendees will leave with practical tools for evaluating information, recognizing misleading narratives, and communicating about complex and contentious issues accurately and constructively.
We’ll also explore how alumni can serve as informed resources for students and their alma maters when challenging narratives emerge on campus.
