Get dirty with young professionals at the Vilna Shul and JCAM! Not interested in raking, planting and sweeping? Help us inventory the headstones and figure out the who/what/where in the cemetery. Give back to the Jewish community by contributing to the restoration and renovation of this historic Jewish cemetery, and learn about its importance in Boston Jewish history. Please bring trowels, rakes, brooms, pens and paper.

Do good. Spark conversation. Learn from others. Schmooze and Jews brings young adults together to experience the vibrant cultural activities of Boston and give back to the city.

This program is at Ohavi Sedeck Cemetery at 350 Grove St., West Roxbury. From the Forest Hills MBTA Station (Orange Line), take the 34, 34E and 35 bus lines to Washington Street at Grove Street bus stop (34/34E) or Stimson Street at Washington Street bus stop (35). Street parking available.

This is a young adult program. Please only register if you are in your 20s or 30s. Registration appreciated.
