Don’t let sick days get the best of your family! Join PJ Library for an informative workshop on how to boost your family’s immunity this winter. In this workshop, parents will learn how to boost the immune system naturally to reduce sick days and incidence of colds and flu.

Danielle Shea Tan, functional family nutritionist and author of “52 Small Changes for the Family,” will cover evidence-based strategies to support a healthy immune response, including changes to your family’s environment, food, daily nutrients, movement, sleep, stress and more. She’ll share the remedies she uses with her own family and offer simple recipes for you to create at home.
