Join Temple Shir Tikva for our annual David Passer Social Justice Lecture. This year, we will be welcoming Audrey Etlinger Cohen for her lecture, “For Such a Time as This: Reproductive Health in Post-Roe America.” Cohen is currently the director of sexual and reproductive health at Cambridge Health Alliance. Prior to this, she was the clinical director at Women’s Health Services, an abortion clinic in Brookline. She is an RN and also holds a master’s in public policy and social policy from The Heller School at Brandeis University.

Prior to becoming a nurse, Audrey worked in health policy research and politics, including working for Sen. Ted Kennedy during the creation of the Affordable Care Act. Audrey is a member of Congregation Kehillath Israel and lives in Brookline with her two small children, Eliezer and Ruth.

This lecture is given each year on a social justice topic in honor of Temple Shir Tikva’s past president David Passer z”l.
