JWA presents virtual courses with scholars of Jewish women’s history, delving into the lives, challenges, choices and innovations of Jews who changed our story. This June, explore the lives of Jewish folks whose stories you never knew. From 16th-century Portugal to Yiddish New York City, from temple Sisterhood to queer community, each of these figures broke ground to create social, cultural or political space for themselves and for Jewish women and nonbinary people more broadly.

Sessions are designed to stand alone, so attend as many evenings as you’d like! No advanced reading or preparation required. Registrants will receive the Zoom link and access to session recordings.
