OneTable and Brooklyn’s Gefilteria head to Boston for a unique Shabbat dining experience. The meal is a collaboration between OneTable, Liz, Jeffrey, the chefs at Mamaleh’s Delicatessan and their friends at Trybal Gatherings. Jeffrey, Liz, OneTable’s Sara Fatell, and Trybal’s Carine Warsawski will serve as hosts for the evening, introducing the Jewish culinary context of the meal and discussing the dishes being served as well as the journey these foods have taken. Carine will also offer guests a taste of Trybal’s everyone-inclusive adult summer camp in the Berkshires, and you’ll get a chance to learn about how you can host your own incredible Shabbat dinners with OneTable.

Dinner will unfold in three courses. The exact menu is subject to change—chefs will be getting creative! If you are vegetarian, please let the organizers know once you’ve registered so we have an accurate count.

  • Matzo ball soup or pickle gazpacho, home-baked challah
  • Assorted sides and a main dish, served family style, including chopped liver, coleslaw, assorted pickles and your choice of braised brisket or vegetarian stuffed cabbage
  • Babka and black-and-white cookies, baked in-house

Ticket includes one specialty cocktail and one glass of wine during dinner and some fun surprise treats. Use code trybaldeli50 for a limited number of $50 tickets!

Note that this event is co-sponsored by Trybal Gatherings, an all-inclusive Jewish summer camp getaway in the Berkshires, held this August 24-27 for Jewish young adults. Curious about camp? Learn more here.
