A contemporary reinterpretation of the most controversial Reform movement meal in American Jewish history, inviting us to ponder: How does food express our personal identities? What is kashrut to us today?
Menu highlights include: mushrooms casino, beef bourguignon and a (non-dairy) ice cream bar. While the original banquet featured the ultimate in trefa dishes, this re-imagination will feature kosher-style versions of the original menu.
