Our Young Adult Outdoor Adventure Club has a special announcement: Join Yachad and Community Rowing, Inc. for a two-week inclusive rowing series!
We’ll be making two pararowing teams. Even if you have never rowed before, we will learn as a group.
This is a two-week commitment. If you sign up for Group 1 for week 1 (June 10), you will automatically be assigned to Group 1 for week 2 (June 17). In order to build our “teams,” we need everyone to commit to both weeks.
Dates: June 10 and 17
Times: Group 1: 10:30-12, Group 2: 12-1:30
“Intro to Rowing” is a basic introductory class, which will get you on the Charles and learning the basics in no time. It’s perfect for people of all fitness levels and previous athletic experience. Open to people of all abilities.
Community Rowing, Inc. (CRI) is dedicated to fostering a community that is both welcoming and supportive. Under the banner of “Rowing For All,” CRI makes rowing accessible without regard to individual ability, background or experience.
Cost: $24 for both weeks. Scholarships are available. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Space is limited, so make sure to register. When registering, select Group 1 or Group 2.
This event is open to ages 17 and up.
The CRI facility is wheelchair accessible.+ More... - Less...
