Hal Slifer, host of Chagigah Radio, welcomes Rabbi David Meyer of Temple Emanu-el of Marblehead to discuss the comedy and music of Alan Sherman in his weekly features called “Our Jewish Heritage” and “The Hits.”

Michele Tamaren will discuss the song “People” as sung by Barbra Streisand and Stevie Wonder in her feature, “The Message in the Music.”

Rabbi Josh Breindel of Congregation Beth El of Sudbury reflects on the recent protests and demonstrations and has chosen appropriate music from our music library.

Dr. Alan Kaplan of Newton continues his thoughts about dealing with life and family in our stay-at-home environment.

Alison Wachtler is this week’s Chagigah guest DJ. Alison will talk about life and family during these current times and play a few tunes from the Chagigah Music Library.

We will have a special mini concert highlighting Jewish jazz and klezmer musicians. The music of the Maccabeats will be featured in another mini concert, plus tunes from Israel, America and around the world by Jewish singers and songwriters.

Join us for music, humor and schmoozing on a Sunday morning!
