Chagigah Radio host Hal Slifer welcomes Neshama Carlebach in a special mini concert. Neshama will call in to discuss her life and career and will choose three special songs for Chagigah listeners from our music library. Neshama has sold over 1 million records, making her one of today’s best-selling Jewish artists in the world.

Rabbi Josh Breindel will give us his remembrances and reflections about Yom HaShoah and introduce us to music from “Schindler’s List.”

Dr. Alan Kaplan will talk about why we may feel guilty during this pandemic, and Michele Tamaren will give us tips to lower our anxieties.

We will hear from Chagigah listeners: Dave from Dallas; Andris Sobel, a nurse on the front lines at Brigham and Women’s Hospital; Robert Torosian from Medford; Alexandra Mittman from Newton; Ellen Berlin from Maine; and Mike Kvetcher from Wilmington, who will talk about how they are each dealing with their stay-at-home environment. They will each choose a song that gets them through the day.

Yoni Battat of Two Shekel Swing and Rabbi David Meyer will choose music from the Chagigah Library, as well as discuss their choices of music.

Jerry Seinfeld is our comedian of the week, and Songbook Sam highlights the life of music executive Herb Albert.

Join us for music, humor and schmoozing on a Sunday morning!

To listen, tune into 88.9 WERS.
