Jewish meditation offers a way to infuse the practice of Judaism with deeper meaning. Jewish meditation is not an end in itself, but rather a partner process for healthy Jewish living. This course offers a step-by-step introduction to meditation and the practice of Jewish mindfulness meditation.
Participants will engage in simple exercises, thoughtful learning, and facilitated discussion designed to help one develop their spiritual potential through an authentically Jewish meditative practice. Taught by Devorah Steinberg.
