Join us for a live recording of Sci-Tech’s new podcast! All summer, we will be recording the audio interviews with STEM experts in front of you, our live studio audience. We will explore careers and ideas in science and innovation by meeting with STEM professionals and connecting Jewish values to current research and technologies.

Our inaugural “Meet the Experts” lineup will focus on the medical world. Ever wondered what it’s like to study the human body? This is the series for you! Join our experts as they share with us why they joined the medical field and how this has changed their outlook on life. They will also talk about the role that Judaism has played in choosing and journeying through their current profession. The best part? You’ll get to ask them questions too!

Lillian and Cindy will talk all about nursing, as Lillian is currently a nursing student and Cindy has been a nurse for almost 40 years.

Lillian Feldman-Hill is a pioneer leadership team member and the original digital film production lead instructor. Sci-Tech East inspired her to pursue medicine, and she is currently a nursing student and patient care professional at a large hospital in Columbus, OH.

Cindy Petrak is a registered nurse and has been the health center director/charge nurse at Sci-Tech East for seven years. She has been a NICU nurse for 37 years and now works at Holy Cross Medical Center in Los Angeles.
