Young Adult Mindfulness Practices Discussion Group

Focus on developing mindfulness practices based on our own individual experiences and goals, while learning together in a focused, supportive community using the writings of 20th century theologian, poet and activist R. Abraham Joshua Heschel as a guide, along with the Hasidic teachings that inspired him. Led by Rabbi Jeff Amshalem.

Open to young professionals in their 20s and 30s from all backgrounds.

The group will meet at a private home in Somerville on Mondays from 7-8:30 p.m. on the following dates:
