Seniors Connect: Prevent Injury by Training

Join the Vilna over coffee and babka for an interactive discussion and demonstration on simple exercises to help prevent common injuries as you age.

Facilitated by 20-plus-year training and yoga expert Jen Smida, this session will offer exercises and techniques on total body, from balance to flexibility to strength. Jen will provide context and information on each movement in addition to a hands-on demonstration. Please come ready to move, stretch and participate in this interactive discussion and demonstration.
