B’nai Torah MetroWest and Rabbi Emily Mathis invite the community to share the High Holy Days 5787/2026 with us! We are delighted to announce that Rabbi Emily Mathis will be joined by celebrated singer-songwriter Julie Silver again this year, accompanied by musician Eric Eid-Reiner, along Sandy Pochapin and Leslee Olender, members of the B’nai Torah MetroWest choir.

Services will take place at First Parish of Sudbury and will be available on Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.

Sunday, September 20, 2026
7:30 p.m. – Kol Nidre

Monday, September 21, 2026
10 a.m. – Yom Kippur Morning Service
2-3:30 p.m. – Learning Session with Rabbi Emily: Standing at the Threshold Join Rabbi Emily for a close look at Ne’ilah, the final service of Yom Kippur, and the powerful image at its heart: the gates about to close. We’ll look at what our tradition says about those gates—and how our tradition itself argues about whether it ever really shuts.
