Tai Chi for PD
Did you know that Tai Chi can help your Parkinson’s?

Jane Arsham, founder and principal instructor of Moving Easy, will help us experience the benefits of Tai Chi for people living with PD.

We’ll get the “chi” flowing, feel the effects, and discuss research that supports Tai Chi as a wonderful way to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and improve balance.

Meetings are facilitated by Nancy Mazonson, Marjie Sokoll, and Barbara Sternfield.

Event Location: JF&CS Headquarters
